"Absolutely loved my stay at Windsor Ocean! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location with stunning ocean views. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere made the experience feel relaxing and luxurious. This hotel truly made our trip to Rio even more memorable. "We loved our stay at the Fairmont. We had a family suite which was perfect for a family of five. We also had the gold package which included access to the lounge. There was often food and drinks in there that was included in our package. This was a big help having kids and always having somewhere to go for food. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean. They had access to the beach already set up, which made it very easy. I would highly recommend staying at the Fairmont if you’re bringing your family to Rio."
"Had a room with 2 small beds. One bed had a mattress that probably lost a few springs, by the head area. That bed was very small for an adult.

Breakfast was excellent. The roling toaster need some fixing. Not hot enough.
Very noisy people talking loud and screaming loud till 4am. Clientele has no respect for others

"The stay had some positives, but overall I couldn’t give it 5 stars. For the price, the hotel itself felt like it lacked amenities. The reservation I thought I booked was not the one I received, and the water pressure in the room was disappointing. When I brought up my concerns in person, some staff members seemed to have attitudes, which made the experience more frustrating. However, Eiden stood out and was the best employee there. He genuinely did everything he could to help and made the stay better despite the issues."
