Beach Hotels in Santa Catarina

"This place was awful as far as any amenities for a hotel bar to enjoy. It was closed half the time the location was weird and the lighting was awful."

"Tired property. Very slow check in. You must take a number for a machine. You pick either normal check on or express. Nobody knows which one to pick. A lot of people took both. We stay 7 days, we have to exchange 2 times the baby stroller ( the 3rd was complete and worked the way it should). Beach was excellent, the best part of the property. Unnecessary hustle for beach towel ( you must pick them up at one location only, why you don put them in your room, ping pong sets the same, ping pong table beside an indoor swimming pool complex, very warm and humid, reservation to play pool when nobody was there (?), improper light for the dirty pool table, you have them in your back so you make shade on the game, not all the restaurants open the same day at the same time, gluten free bread in the morning only, bathroom lights inappropriate ( they are on the right side, so you have shade in your left side for shaving, bathroom sink faucet too big (I think it is a kitchen faucet) you cannot wash your face because it is on your way while bending, outlet inside down the night table. You must kneel to plug your phone, 4 hangers only, ants crossing in the balconies, in front on my balcony was a light for a water fixture that hit me in the eyes, so no balcony enjoyment at night, etc."

"Partially beach view. Some staff needs training,for instance the vallet park from the check in did not offer help with luggage,only left a small cart. Place is outdated. Wifi only worked poorlly on the seconda fay."

"Room was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Our room was extremely small but we only stayed for 1 night so it was fine. If I was staying longer the room would have been too small (we stayed in a luxo casal room)."

"All the staff went above and beyond to best cater our stay for our honeymoon. Housekeeping was spectacular and non-intrusive, Roman was always available to make all of our requests a breeze, and we always felt at ease when being served by Chris, Sharon, and Ana. The lymphatic and deep tissue massages we had at the ocean spa were amazing! Thank you "

"The best hotel I stay , stuff is on top of everything the view the bed , the food is is a 5 star chef and a shoutout to Gabriel he works at the restaurant and made everything service a 5 stars ,, I totally recommend and can’t wait to go back next year ♥️"

"Nice staff. Breakfast was good but crowded. Lobby smell like sewer. But I’m guessing that was just a problem for that one day. I don’t think it’s like this every day. They did have a pianist play in the loby, which was very nice. And they accommodated parking with valet for 55. Which was great."
