"That staff very nice, but the hotel was rundown, and the beds are traditional than usual hotel mattresses but felt very hard personally ! The hotel does have a great view of Mount Fuji, especially on a clear day!"
"We stayed first night elsewhere but needed a hotel closer to the bus station for the second night. This hotel was perfect for that. In fact, the highway express bus stop is in their parking lot. The hotel is also convenient for the theme park but we only walked around that (lines are LONG). They also have a few stores and restaurants in the hotel, or connected to the theme park. Room was smaller than expected but clean. Breakfast was great and worth buying in our purchase - it also had a fabulous view of Mt Fuji in the morning. Only downside was the Onsen access. It’s a public Onsen (not just hotel guests) which after our resort experience the night before was too much hassle (and more strict about clothing and tattoos) "
