"Honestly, I disagree with giving this hotel 4 or 5 stars. They should update the photos on their website and stop lying to people by saying they have a heated pool when they don't. The cleaning lady was very polite and one of the few who actually helped us and left our room clean. The concierge at night was also very nice—polite, respectful, and very grateful.
But in the morning, we asked someone if they could take us to the airport, and they told us to call a taxi. They said the hotel didn't offer that service."
