"Comfortable "

"The staff member who checked us in was great. I think his name was Alex. We arrived late and he was outside helping guest find parking as the lot does fill up quickly. He was the one who also checked us in. Very friendly and welcoming. Offered us water for our room and ran down a quick map of the space for us. Later when my husband was concerned about parking when having to leave to pick up food he assured us that they would make space for us and not to worry about parking. Upon his return he was out there directing him to a spot to park. After leaving a staff member texted us to inform us that we left a flashlight behind. We were well on our way home and didn't want to cause more work and told them to keep it. We appreciated the gesture and honesty. We visit Redding often as we have family in the are. We'll be staying here from now on. Typically we've stayed at the Sheraton but this is closer to town and just as nice. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!"

"We have tried other hotels in the area over the years. This was our first time here and we loved it! The front desk lady was so nice, she also nicely helped another guest who asked to change rooms. The lady helping with breakfast was so sweet too!! We wanted to use the pool but didn’t get there in time. Hopefully on the way back!"

"So my room was not ready at 4pm when i arrived. But CJ was awesome, he gave us another room immediately. Also the community kitchen rocks! It has everything and is clean. The beds are very comfortable. Would stay again."

"Hotel was nice and clean. Good complimentary breakfast. Only negative was a couple of homeless or drug addicts roaming the parking lot."
