"Lovely hotel, in a perfect location in the medieval city. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good, more like a brunch, with quite a few options. Be aware that you can take a cab to the welcome location and then hotel staff will drive you and your luggage to the actual hotel. I only wish my room had a better view, but I ended up spending most of my time walking around and not in the room. Will gladly stay there again. Merci beaucoup to all the staff!"
"Great place to stay, only a few minutes from the centre. Underground parking was a bonus, payable, and easy access through the hotel. Security gated.
Reception staff could not be more helpful.
Rooms were quirky, which we like, but in need of a bit of TLC. The bar and restaurant were very good, drinks were reasonably priced for the area.Amazing views of the Cite and the river during breakfast.
The best bit was sitting in the rooftop bar watching the sun go down with spectacular views of the castle.
We enjoyed our overnight stop on the way to our rented property nearby."
"Generally a good hotel. Great to
have secure parking near by. Excellent breakfast which we enjoyed outside in the pretty courtyard garden. Only disadvantage was that our room was on the third floor and there was no lift. Madam, however, insisted on carrying our bags up, which went well beyond what we expected!"
"It wasn’t a 4 star hotel experience. It can be seen like it from the way is advertised and looks on pic. The room was small, no proper mugs for coffee in the room just paper one ( no milk sachets provided either which with the amount of English tourists visiting ( drinking tea with milk ) is kind a strange). Cleaning issue in the bathroom especially around the edges of the shower. Room was not cleaned one day at all. Second day cleaned only partially ( bed was made but bin not emptied and dirty cups left on table not cleaned ).
Staff were friendly but unfortunately not all of them speak English. Breakfast was good but poor selection of coffees ( no cappuccino or latte ) just basic one.
You can definitely find better options for 4 star hotels in similar locations."
