"Restaurants did not meet expectations. Servings took to long, drinks didn’t arrive on time, items offered in the menu were not available, portions were too big, food quality is below 5 star hotels (although the price is as 5 star hotel), and the menu was very restricted at night.
There were neither bicycles for kids nor kids chairs for the bikes. "
"The breakfast buffet spread is good. however the concern is that the wait for coffee is too long. it should not be on machines only because the machines are always down and require servicing / attention and the staffs are too busy to attend to it. besides that, all is good. "

"Stayed here for the 3rd time with my family. Still as impressive, staffs were super welcoming and helpful.
However, this time round we have found the cleanliness in the room to have declined. We found a biscuit wrapper that does not belong to us on the bed. Which means that the bedsheets were not changed after the previous customers had left.
During house keeping, for the bathroom only the floor mat was changed. Sinks and toilet were not scrubbed. Also to note that it would be good to brief staff not to discard travel sized amenities because my facial wash was discarded 😅 "
