"The propert is really pretty, the rooms are very spacious, the people really nice and the food was not bad at all. The view is stunning! Honestly, my only complaint is the lack of AC in the buffet area, understaffed during snack time.The Italian restaurant could be better. Colombia is not the best place for all inclusive. But Sirenis did a pretty good job. I would stay there again. Hopefully the pool isn’t being remodeled."

"The pool was under construction or they were remodeling it. It would be nice to know these things before hand because for us the pool was a big plus when booking our reservation. Also, they did not have hot water. They stated that they were having an inspection which they were verifying that they were not providing ocean water to the guests. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have hot water for the whole stay. Other than that, the people who work there were extremely helpful and polite."
