"Good place to stay. Staff was helpful with tourist needs.
A bit off in the attention to details like missing supplies in the room and Door does not close on its own."
"Property was nice but there was some confusion at check in. I pre paid though Expedia but upon walking to our room I was told my credit card didn’t work but they had someone else credit card on my file. It was very odd. I didn’t end up getting charged extra but it seemed alittle odd. Also our booking said checkout was 11 am and they told us checkout was 10 am. Not sure if this was Expedia’s issue or the hotels. The property was nice and in a beautiful location. We loved the dogs. But the room are very echoing and you can really hear your neighbours. Over all would stay again though. Just made sure you are aware of your booking records. "
"From leaky toilets and flooded bathrooms to lack of bathroom exhaust system. No air conditioning in most parts of the building. This hotel only has the nice furniture from decades ago but it’s falling into the great abysm of "
"When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and treated us poorly, almost as if the mistake were ours. Even after I showed her all the confirmation details, she kept insisting there was nothing under my name. Eventually she located the reservation, and her attitude changed immediately—she became friendly and chatty.
Front‑desk staff should treat every guest or potential guest with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of any confusion with the system.
I do want to add that every other staff member we interacted with at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."
"This hotel should not be rated as 4 stars. The guy who welcomed us in the lobby the first day obviously did not want to be there, I asked where to park our car and he said: “last name?”, I said, we have a reservation but want to make sure the car can be safely parked before we check in, he said again: “last name”. So, I gave him my last name, he put a paper in front of me and asked me to fill it, I offered ID and Credit Card, and he declined! This is the first time I check-in in a hotel that did not ask for ID, very rare… Then, the place is not well maintained; the only reason they have the stars is because they offer a safe and ropes in the rooms. They don’t have AC on in the common areas (very hot!), the elevators are dirty, the rooms are not maintained, furniture is broken in many places, the mini fridge had three things: water x 3, period! The pillows were awful; we did not sleep well any of the four nights we’ve stayed. The shower in the bidet did not close at all, so you better be sitting on it before you open the water, or you will be making a mess! Breakfast: Very first day, scumble eggs were bad, and I mean BAD, all guests were complaining of the color and smell until they came and remove it. Not recommended at all!"
