"Stayed in a deluxe sweet first one only one TV worked second one the plumbing in both bathrooms sinks didn’t drain overnight was still filled with water in one bathroom the toilet seat was not attached and was three sizes too small also did not have toilet paper roll holders, and there was no towel racks. In both bathrooms I see these as basic necessities every room should have. Also, on hotels they state they have a spa. There is no spa on site or around the hotel."
"This place was clean, efficient and perfectly nice. We have had a few stays with absolutely extraordinary friendly service and rooms, so in comparison to that it’s a bit more sterile/corporate feeling than those. That’s the only reason for a bit lower score from me. I recommend trying to get a room on the high floors so you can see over the roof top.
Great location, good service, clean rooms, some with a killer view. Definitely try to eat at Rosa Dos Ventos while you are here. And killer coffee at colores beans. "
"The staff is wonderful, and place is very clean, however the rooms are small, furniture is old and with the room being all tile it can be cold. It is a “bare bones” hotel but well located,which makes it easy to get around. I’m mixed on this one, the staff was great, but the owner needs to upgrade the rooms "
"This is an underrated resort. Sparkling clean, well-equipped apartments, lovely staff, and great views over the Ocean, albeit at a slight distance. Facilities are very good, and the onsite restaurant is so good, it draws a crowd of non-residents. Highly recommended."
