"Dusit Thani Pattaya hotel is aged hotel building, carpets on floor in hall way and rooms are filthy and smelling, Bathroom fittings are aged too, staff not speak English or understand English, kitchen staff not accommodating when requesting vegetarian or special request. Did request to speak to general manager of hotel was informed by reception staff not available as busy.
Unable to relax as noises heard by other people walking in hallway and not a place to relax either "
"The hotel was in excellent condition, amenities in the room were all great, I stayed on the 22nd floor facing the street at night this was pretty noisy although the hotel provided earplugs this was still quiet loud. The pool was a great area to chill and relax and wind down for a couple drinks. "
