"Nice hotel on the water. Staff was very helpful. Comfortable bed, full breakfast. There was no hot water in the shower which is probably not an issue during the warmer season. Not a super convenient location. About 2 miles to the marina or shopping areas."

Finally the third room all the plumbing worked, but the bathroom door handle was broken, the hot and cold water shower tabs were reversed and were looking broken as well, but by then we were too tired to ask to change to the 4th room. It seems that the hotel management was not putting much effort in the upkeep or maintenance of the rooms.
Breakfast at least was good, with freshly cooked eggs to your order. The pool looked nice but we didn't have time to test it out. The hotel was not as active as the others on the same block. Perhaps the words about the poorly maintained rooms had gotten around?"
