"The hotel is located in a very good location, with the high street a few minutes walk away. The room itself in terms of size and contents was fine too. I've downgraded my score because of hot water issue and the WiFi. The WiFi was terrible. It felt like my room was on the very edge of the signal and it kept cutting off or speed was so slow. It was fast if you went to the reception area. And hot water would take such a long time to come. I had to shower with Luke warm water after leaving the shower on for a good amount of time, waiting for the hot water before giving up which seems a recurring issue throughout my stay in Chile."

"This is a new property, strategically located between Centro historical and avenida del Mar 15 -20 min each way Staff is very supportive and helpful They have a very good heated inside pool, sauna and small gym Breakfast buffet is also very good I will definitely could recommend this place! Will come again"

"Below average as is not only outdated but smelly. We had 2 rooms and one could not be used to shower as the place was poorly designed and the shower water run out of the bathroom towards the room’s floor. there was no bath/edge to contain the water in the shower area. There are weird steps inside the room, catching my toes every time I walked to the toilet. There were drilling noises coming from next door at midnight. The staff said there was nothing they could do. Didn’t even offer to change rooms. I’ll be back next week to town but cannot stay there again. Too many options in the area to bother with bad service and facilities again. "
