"I was not sure what to expect when I booked our stay at Ghl Style Neiva hotel, but I am very glad I did. The property is very well maintained and the staff is absolutely amazing. We ran into an issue on our first night and the staff went out of their way to help resolve the issue, something most hotels would not even try to help with. On our 2nd day we had our family come to spend the day with us and the Management was more than accommodating and very eager to help. Breakfast is included with the room and I can tell you that it is perfect, the assortment of food and the wait staff were more than we expected. We ordered food while at the pool and it was brought directly to us, which again was not expected but was greatly appreciated. The food was top notch and freshly prepared in the kitchen. The location of the hotel is perfect as well, next door is San Pedro Plaza, which has any and everything you could need. Lots of restaurants and great shopping and entertainment. Overall I would.love to give this hotel 7/5 stars due to their willingness to accommodate and the amazing staff and food."
"The hotel does not have a/c as promoted. The pool was dirty. The rooms infected with mosquitoes. The worse part was the staff. Unfriendly at best. We left after one night even we had reserved and paid for two nights. Don't stay here!"

Love the nature and people only thing that we don’t like it was that is nobody to stay at the hotel as a security guard if you are the only one in the hotel is nobody else with you
