"Room was decent and clean. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure for showering was great! Staff were very polite and helpful. Pool and hot tub area is small but sufficient. There’s no beach. Food was very good, but pricey, at the 2 restaurants they have. Plenty of parking available. Close to everything."

"Did not ever receive a ride on the golf carts. Even had to tote our suitcases up the two hills to our room. This is a resort that most definitely caters to the members. We are not members and it was noticeable. The location is great if you love Coki Beach (easy walk over to beach). The restaurant is good, with hefty quantities of food (albeit priced accordingly). The "shows" at night are hit and miss with some being fairly entertaining and others a complete waste. Staff was generally kind and accommodating. Would not stay here again, but it was worth a one-time trip to stay at the original Margaritaville."

"Do NOT get the ocean view rooms. They will play loud music til 10-10:30 every night in a big sand pit not 50 yards from the tower you will be in. Beautiful place put this really killed the vibe"

"Could be such a nice property, It’s totally run down, dirty rooms. No beach towels, when request, phone in room didn’t work. Coffee machine dirty, ice machine, dirty. No good restaurant service. Dusty ceiling fan above head. Completely horrible. The best thing and only good thing was the view."

"Friendly staff. Called for taxis, recommended ding, etc. Booked 3 rooms for two nights a week apart. First night one room had no hot water. Second night all 3 rooms had hot water an all six travelers were happy. Restaurant on premises was very good. Breakfast included with room was limited but excellently prepared. Staff was quick and friendly. Excellent choice.Espesially considering the cost."
