"Had a family room but v small and felt cramped - with old fittings around it - it needs a refurb. Breakfast choices limited - juice and coffee of low quality. Came here 2 years ago and since then the hotel has gone down - will not be returning as there are better choices around "

"We loved the location of the hotel, close to the old town areas. It was easy to walk around to many of the places we wanted to see. Breakfast was very nice with eggs, bacon, nice coffee, fresh fruit, croissants, yoghurt and cereals. The room was clean with a fresh and modern bathroom. There were also a little refrigerator with some drinks that were included, that was nice when we arrived in a hot afternoon. There were few down sides but we thought the beds were a bit hard and the air condition was not on fully so it was a little warm at times. But this was not a big problem as it was easy to open to the French balcony and air the room. "

"The Hotel looks good, staff are helpful and it's in a very good location. I stayed in an executive room with lounge access for a week. I was disappointed by the hotel not providing a free bottle of water each night, as all other hotels I've stayed at offer this, you'll get one bottle per stay. The only other complaint was that I got eaten by bed bugs. The Spa is run by another company, steam room was warm but no steam. To use the swimming pool you must bring a swimming cap or buy one of their very expensive caps. The most enjoyable part of our stay was the executive lounge, as the staff really try hard to make you feel at home. I would return just to use the lounge!"

"This is the second time we have stayed here and both times the shower door leaked, so there was water on the floor in the bathroom after we took a shower. The shower door does not fit tight. The breakfast was excellent!"

"The room was clean and a great location if you like action. I happen to and so close to all the fun of Old Town. Rooms have no places to put clothes so have to stay packed in the suitcases. Its good if you want a good rate. Great breakfast for the rate."
