"No ac in the room so it was stuffy. Seemed to be the entire hotel, perhaps some policy of not turning ac on until summer?! Fridge wasn’t working. Mattresses were old, shower cabin was dripping, sink was smelling like waste water when you turned on the water. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choices."

"Clean spa area and comfortable seating. The room was small and convenient. Really decent beds and incredible shower. The vault is the highlight of the hotel but a shame that it was privately hired during our stay although we had a chance to drink."
