"The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, with all major attractions, restaurants, and bars within a 5–10 minute walk. Overall, the environment was pleasant, the room was comfortable, and the mini bar was exceptionally well equipped. The facilities were also clean and tidy. There are a few areas where small improvements could be made, particularly with housekeeping paying closer attention to details such as refilling toiletries, replacing the correct number of towels, and ensuring rooms are tidied more thoroughly."

"Pro. Nice room, refrigerator, good WIFI nice desk, Decent free breakfast buffet, quite you're away from the street. Cons. Evening and nights desk clerks do not speak or understand English . Very challenging! Limited amount of towels for your room. Turkish Airlines delayed my luggage for one night. I asked the front desk for some shave cream he gave me a mini squeeze bottle, figured it would be complementary. WRONG! Next day I was charged $3.85. I was not told I had to buy it! You have to pay for your room stay ahead of time ..what?? Always ask if the pools are open. They were empty? "
