"I have an overall positive feeling about this camp, but several issues kept me from giving it a higher score. I would rate it 3 stars.
The biggest problem was the air conditioning. When we checked in, the room was far too warm to stay in. It took a full 4 hours to cool down to a comfortable level. I was exhausted from the journey and wanted to rest and sleep upon arrival, but we couldn’t use the room and ended up waiting in the restaurant instead.
The check-in process was also quite frustrating. The receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and we had to spend a significant amount of time proving payment by showing our receipt. While the receptionist wasn’t very professional, the rest of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.
On the positive side, the location is absolutely stunning, the food was excellent, and most of the staff were wonderful. The room itself was modern and beautifully designed — we really loved it. They did offer us a free upgrade due to the check-in issues, but we declined because we wanted to keep the view.
One thing to note: the price felt quite high. At over 600 CAD per night, I found it significantly overpriced for what was provided.
Also worth knowing: You need to pay a 10 USD entrance fee per person to access Wadi Rum (20 USD for two). Upon arrival, you park your car in the designated area and a pickup truck from the camp will take you the rest of the way.
Despite the issues with the AC and check-in, the incredible location and beautiful roo"
"Had a terrible time, room had a bad odor, they said it was due to fresh paint. It was so bad in the afternoon we couldn’t stay in the room. They didn’t offer an alternative, they just freshened it. Opened the doors and cleaned it.
Then the noise, there’s a night club above us, the noise was going all night, we couldn’t sleep. In addition they were doing maintenance or construction in the morning, banging and drilling as early as 7. Our window to get good sleep was 2am-7am, Ridiculous.
Will never stay here again, no resting, no relaxing, just made us more tired and ruined the last few days of our honeymoon trip.
When I explained to the manager what happened, he said take it up with the site you booked with, Expedia."
"This place is absolutely amazing and incredible.
The rooms are spotless and clean, staff is extremely pleasant and helpful to work with. They answered any and all questions I had helped me with transportation to and from the airport and several times I needed to go to the city they assisted me with this as well.
Breakfast and dinner are absolutely delicious. Many options for food and dining.
They have all the amenities you need, including pools, private beach, and spa. I will definitely be coming back and choosing this hotel for all my future visits."

"بصراحة الغرف حلوة ونضيفه بس ماعندهم اي activity نعملها بالبحر لأنه كتير صغير البحر عندهم وهو عباره عن lagoon صغير وما بتقدرو تعملو jetski ولا أي فعاليات بالبحر"
"This place may be ok for the scuba diving crowd, but if you have a wife who expects certain hotel-like things--like soap, shampoo, a coffee kettle، forget it. Look elsewhere.
In addition, we were offered absolutely no check in, no passport, no marriage cert, and no help with the room's features--,like how to figure out how to take a hot shower. Also no television though one stares blackly at you from across the bed. And there were the aggressive dogs...No, don't do it!"
