"The rooms were amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only two criticisms were that the eggs were pretty bad, and one of the lifts was out of order (which was a pain for us with a pushchair). Also: just give us teabags. The loose leaf kept coming out of the strainers leaving leaves floating in my tea"
"Great stay from check-in to check-out! The room was comfortable, with air conditioning, and although the bathroom was small, it was clean and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good, and the luggage storage service was very convenient before our train. Highly recommended!"
