"Wow, that was a great stay. The cleaning was perfect and the room was well maintained. We asked for a quiet room with a nice view and got what we asked for. The receptionists were all young and friendly and special thank to Perniciel who welcomed us on the first day. The co-working space was super useful as my husband had to work during our stay. Location was amazing. Close to perfection. We really enjoyed."

"Nice and convenient hotel for the Eurotunnel crossing back to UK, whilst on my recent motorcycle trip. Close to the tunnel with parking for the bike. Surprisingly good food for a hotel, in the onsite restaurant."

"Everything was very good except at breakfast this morning.
The hot food wasn't filled quickly enough, replacement items like beans shouldn't take 10 mins to refill. Also I asked for 2 poached eggs and one was just a mess on the plate. This should not be served to a customer like that."
"Only stayed one night but was very good value compared with a B&B I had just moved out of and which had a lot of issues that took half a day to get sorted out by the owner.
Comfortable , clean rooms with great shower , air con , kitchenette and all I needed apart from the view ! (Room described as with ‘view’)
Good buffet breakfast included. Very near train station, metro and the old town.

"We were not informed in advance that there would be no reception staff available when we arrived at the property. As a result, we struggled to complete the check-in process using the self-service machine.
Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant smell throughout both the room and the bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable. The odor was persistent and difficult to tolerate. In addition, we noticed that the bathroom exhaust fan vents had been blocked with tissues, and we were unsure why this had been done.
Overall, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication, difficulties with check-in, and poor room conditions. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel to others."
