"Cedre Beaune is a wonderful surprise. It is the perfect combination of historical features and newly renovated functionality. Our tom was spacious with an upstairs nook. The staff were exceptional - the concierge scored us a private cellar visit and wine tasting as well as dinner reservations at short notice - and the restaurant (1 Michelin star) is delightful.
