"Very disappointing stay. Not worth the suites pricing.
We paid for suites expecting comfort and quality, but the experience was far from it. The odor in the room was extremely strong, and the carpets had visible stains, which made the space feel unclean.
The shower was also not functioning properly and ended up flooding the bathroom floor—completely unacceptable for a suite.
Overall, this did not meet the standards you would expect when paying for upgraded accommodations.

"Teeny tiny room that wasn’t big enough for the twin beds in it - the door couldn’t open fully and you had to squeeze past the wardrobe and bed to get in. The twin beds only fit when jammed flush against one another, so it might as well have been one bed anyway. The room was very clean though"
