"The room was very clean. We had a beach view, which was amazing with a fresh breeze on the balcony. The bistro was yummy and staff were very friendly."
"Cleaning service was amazing. They stayed on it and was wonderful.
Thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant. Convenient with great staff.
As an encouragement, having a minimum of 4 wash clothes and towels at all times would be a good thing.
All in all our stay was a 5 star. We loved it thoroughly.

"Check in and the room was great
We drove in so we had our car there, I was afraid I’d get a flat tire so my niece and I each picked up a handful of long screws and nails on the driveway, we left them on the step close by our room, the maintenance guys saw us put them there they did nothing about it.
Remember to always take the receipt when you eat there, as I left they messaged me wanting to charge me for another breakfast bill which I paid for"
"Beautiful and well kept grounds/beach /facilities. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. One suggestion: all 4 pillows were very high, perhaps have a couple of lower ones????.

"I didn't pay alot for my room and I got what I paid for. The staff were friendly and helpful enough but the place is quite run down.
Noise. The sound from nearby units can be heard as if it is. coming within your own unit. Then there's the bar next door. Great bar but the music goes nightly until midnite or later. So no sleeping for Juliana's guests.
The beach and ocean access right in front of Juliana's is a nice feature. And the yard is nicely kept."
"We had a wonderful time in Belize. The Lodge at Jaguar Reef was lovely. The location was perfect; close to town. The facility was clean and well appointed. The food & drinks were delicious. The best part was the employees. We were always greeted warmly and with smiles.
I need to acknowledge a few employes.
I must commend Joseph & Kayla for excellent customer service & being very helpful. Raven for helping us get our TV working and AC fixed. Captain Larry greeted us every morning with a big smile, high five & a flower. Finally, I cannot say enough about Mario. He drove us to meet our boat for the monkey river tour. During our drive, he shared history of Belize, the Mayan culture & calendar. He is very knowledgeable and an excellent tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him.
I would definitely stay at The Lodge at Jaguar Reef again!"
