Hotel Sercotel Plana Parc

"Check in is quick and easy and front desk staff are friendly. I chose to park on the street and therefore had to walk a bit back to the hotel - but there is plenty of on street parking if you don’t want to use the garage/parkade. Sitting in the garden in the evening is relaxing especially if you like to enjoy a beverage. Restaurant is good and service is attentive. We stay here frequently travelling AP7 between Murcia and Barcelona - it’s right off the motorway and very convenient."

"Hotel in good location. Reception and public areas well maintained and spotless. Rooms a bit old fashioned and could do with a spruce up but beds comfortable and shower good. Linen and towel change - brilliant. As always the hardest working staff must be the housekeepers/cleaners."

"Pro: room is clean and location is central. The staff was friendly. Basic amenities for reheating food. Good for short stay. Con: lift was not available we had to carry our luggage upstairs. The coffee machine and kettle was only available in the shared kitchen which was on the ground floor. Toilet flush bottom was behind the toilet seat cover so was not easy to operate."

"Great location, a short walk from the beach and a number of bars and restaurants. In May 2026, there is a lot of construction work in the areas immediately adjacent to the hotel on both the north and east sides. There is noise from the construction during the day, but it stops before the evening. The roads to the north and south of the hotel are closed for the construction, meaning a slightly longer walking route to the beach. In the hotel room, the sliding door onto the balcony would not lock. It was a bit of a worry, because people in adjacent rooms would easily be able to climb around to access the balcony and enter the room. However, the room safe worked fine to keep valuables secure. One of the waste bins in the room had some waste items from a previous guest, but otherwise the room was very clean and everything worked. The buffet breakfast was good. Keep in mind that there are no local taxi companies and no Uber drivers in the area. Therefore short journeys by taxi are not possible. The old town / "village" with the best restaurants is a 30 minute walk away."
