"The property itself is gorgeous, but lets talk about the staff. Firstly i was checked in by Maribel and Rosa. Although I prebooked my massages at the spa for 2pm, rosa gave me a hard time about check in even though I repeatedly said i didn't need my room until evening. Then my wife and I asked for a romantic beach dinner and Rosa kept giving us weird looks and kept asking me in a condescending matter if I'm sure i wanted a romantic dinner (because we're both women?) She sent us to concierge and then we were returned because she was supposed to be the one to book it. So it definitely seemed like she didn't want to book us because we're both women. We then gladly paid the $70 for dinner later to be told our dinner was canceled due to rain in which it never did rain and they couldn't even accommodate an alternative we practically had to beg for reservations. Then we went to the spa and paid $250 for a deep tissue massage and my wife only received about 45 mins of having oils rubbed into her face and chest. No actual massage was given. Then the following morning around 730am someone entered our room and I woke up screaming in fear then that person exited and left our door ajar. I called the front desk and the person gaslit me and told me i was mistaken and no one could enter our room without a key. As if our door opened and stayed open on its own. At that point I just decided to get up and check out, our experience was horrible for the amount of money we paid. SAVE YOUR MONEY!"

"On the first day, I killed a roach. I used the blow dryer and it melted on the plug. They never came to fix it. There was holes in the tiles of the bathroom. The water is warm not hot. The pool paint is old so it gets dirty really quick. You have to request clean up in the morning. The workers talk about how clean or dirty the rooms are and you can hear it last, but at least the breakfast was all right, but it was the same thing just toast with jelly, some fruits, eggs, and ham and cheese croissant, but I wish they could change the menu bc every day was the same thing."

"I was treated like a King!!! I arrived 4 hours early a d rhey allowed me to chexk in. From the front desk to the kitchen, staff was 💯 percent excellent! I would stay there again..."

"Shuttle to airport was pre arranged but driver showed up 45 minutes late for an international flight. Friendly front desk but not open 24 hours. Nowhere to officially check out. Turned in my key to a man in a bench out front. Also no TV options. Other than that room was clean and comfortable. "
