"The room itself was extremely spacious, with a beautiful balcony view and comfortable bed. The property also has a great location, with several restaurants nearby, and the complimentary beach shuttle was a convenient bonus.
My main concern was that the room doors weren't fully sealed from the outdoors. There were noticeable gaps around both the glass balcony sliding doors and at the bottom of the main entrance door, which allowed insects to enter the room. Because of this, it was impossible to fully turn the lights on at night without attracting bugs inside (they came in regardless). While this may be expected to some degree in a tropical destination during rainy season, sealing around the doors could have significantly helped.
That said, the staff was friendly throughout our stay, and the property’s views and pool were definite highlights."
"The staff was friendly and welcoming and really made it an enjoyable trip. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the restaurant was delicious as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families. The beach was a bit of a difficult walk and the beach is rocky but we enjoyed ourselves. Loved staying here!"

"En general las amenidades, servicio y entretenimiento muy bien. El check-in tardó mucho. A las habitaciones de la parte premium les vendría bien una renovación, ya se les nota sus años, en la reserva indicaba que tenia balcón pero era una terraza en el primer piso, con el aspecto positivo de que contaba con acceso directo a la piscina y el bar. La playa no es la mejor, el mar es peligroso, el muelle es bonito."
