Even though it is raining today, he helped us forget about the weather. The whole staff has been very accommodating. We are having an amazing time and we highly recommend this hotel! "The resort was beautiful. Only issue is it did not say on the website that the part of the beach by the resort is not swimmable. You would have to walk a ways down the beach to swim in the water. Also- the jacuzzi was not heated. Staff was helpful! Room was beautiful!"
"Las habitaciones son excelentes como siempre, casi no soy de comer pero me parece que si estás pagando un todo incluido en los snack deberían de dar las porciones que gusta de una vez, y no solo que el personal te diga solo te puedo dar un pedazo de pizza o una hamburguesa… no me gustó que le dijeran eso a mi esposo y mi papá. Ya en pandemia habíamos ido y pasó lo mismo, pero pensé que era por pandemia. Ahora volvimos a ir y sigue siendo lo mismo definitivamente no volvería"
