"Great location between the sea and city center - the sea is about a 15 minute walk and the town center a bit more. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed including coffee in the room and place for my toiletries in the shower. The service was fine and helpful - not over the top. "I've been coming to this hotel for the ten latest years as a sales rep, about twice every quarter, for three reasons I keep coming back: the rooms are some of the largest in Oujda, I always take the junior suite which is twice as big as the basic room. Since I started coming, I would have a problem every two or three stays. The breakfast is a catastrophe; I told the director numerous times, but he never listened. This stay, I took a junior suite, and there was nothing in the room: no glasses, no water bottle, no fruits, no soap, nor shampoo. It's usually the case when a lot of things are missing, but this time it was worse than usual. Still didn't talk about the number of pillows, which isn't up to standards...."
