"I have stayed in several Divan hotels in Turkey, but this Divan hotel in Mesin in Excellent in providing services. The receptionist are great and they upgraded my room to sea views which was amazing. However, something else made me to feel good about this place was I forgot my wallet with large amount of money but they phoned me and returned my wallet, for this I thank the hotel management and particularly Ms. Marwah, the guest relations who spent time to arrange the return of my wallet. "

"This is a new hotel. I love the concept. They have diligently restored several very old homes and buildings in one off the oldest neighborhoods in all of Turkey. By doing so not only they have preserved these wonderful structures but also created a beautiful hotel. It’s spacious and tastefuly decorated. "
"I booked for one adult and one child , but they provide only one blanket and one towel !!!! I tried to talk to them friendly , but one stuff was shouting and other one didn't accept to provide another blanket for my child , as a result I had to leave the hotel an request a refund for other 2 night.
More over , the towel and mattres sheet was damaged !!! As my first time I had seen hotel provide a damaged items at room."
