"The very location of this property beside the Kinneret is a deep breath of fresh air. We were offered the best food we have ever enjoyed in Israel. "

"Very nice hotel...but b/c it was off-season, breakfast was delivered and served to your room...which you would of thought was nicer. In truth, the breakfast in the dining room is much grander and lavish with more variety. Even though the breakfast delivered to our room was a generous portion of assortments, some of the items were not fresh. Also - the parking situation is unacceptable. For such a high class hotel with premium rates, parking at the hotel should be complimentary. Instead, there is paid parking close to the hotel or free parking further away from the hotel...disappointing! Aside from the food and parking situation, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very polite and helpful."

"No air conditioning, elevators barely worked. Staff were very helpful when they could be and we appreciated that."

"photos is one, reality is the other. very poor maintantnce. rooms was NOT CLEAN (especially toilet..), there is a large window in the front of the room and the stuff kept coming to this window and see if i am in the room (an hour before regular checkout time) and that was really disturbing. happend at least 3-4 times. "
