"Great value stay during off season. Amazing views, clean rooms. The toiletries smelled good, sheets were clean. Great balcony area. Free bfast, great amenities inside room. Didnt get to use the wellness and sauna d/t lack of time. Great service from the staff. There was a very helpful female staff at the resto during bfast on 10/20. "Absolutely lovely. My first night staying in Italy. We drove from Germany to visit our exchange student and I was pleasantly surprised to find this charming hotel. We booked a quad room and it comfortably slept 4 people. The beds were comfortable and the room was air-conditioned and cool. The bathroom and shower were large and accommodating. "This is such a charming place tucked away by a sweet lake with swimming and shade. We thought we had booked a place with the same name on Lake Molveno so were initially disappointed when we arrived to a different hotel/lake. But it turned out to be much nicer for us, more relaxed, less busy, more authentic. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen, large bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was generous and the staff was very helpful....

"Lovely hotel and very central location. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Staff were really great and the (mostly) subterranean spa facilities are excellent. We thought this hotel was great value. Our only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as morning tea addicts we tried to order room service with no success as we don’t speak Italian. We ended up buying a travel kettle from the local store! Nevertheless we would definitely stay again. "
