"Floyd was the one who checked us in abd he was AMAZING!
Food left alot to be desired ,and communication wuth house keeper was impossible, we travel with canines so we dont let housekeeper in room and needed towels and toilet paper and rhe language barrier was difficult so we had to go to lobby for the 3 days we were there.The checkout was ok except that i opred for an email reciept and when i did not recieve it i phoned and the woman who answered the phone informed me that because i booked through expedia that they would send my invoice ,,,had i known that i informed her i would have opted for paper copy and at that point was informed that it would bot be an accurate invoice anyway !!! I travel extensively and often and have NEVER been tild tthis before .."
