The property is located in a serene spot with breathtaking views of Ella's lush hills and misty landscapes. Even though my stay was short, the peaceful setting immediately made me feel relaxed. The building is modern yet blends beautifully with the natural surroundings, giving it both comfort and charm. My room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The attention to cleanliness and detail was evident throughout the property. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with genuine smiles. Their professionalism and friendliness made the experience feel personalized and special. The food was also excellent, with fresh and flavorful options that exceeded my expectations for a boutique-style property. Although I only stayed for one night, it was a memorable visit, and I would highly recommend Ella Crest by Aloft Hotel to anyone visiting Ella — whether for a short getaway or a longer holiday. I'm already looking forward to returning in the future for a longer stay!"

"One of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka! The host was very welcoming and it was a pleasure getting to know him and talk about his country. We were greeted with tea and biscuits on their balcony which has jaw dropping views! You are right in the middle of nature with the mountains surrounding you get easy to get into the centre of town. The room was clean and nicely decorated with a lovely balcony and with the same wonderful view. We had a delicious traditional Sri Lankan breakfast as well. Would highly recommend! "

"The view was amazing at Belmont it was absolutely breath taking and the rooms and washrooms were very clean. The breakfast was good as well. The only caution to look out for it there’s bugs that come in the room at night through the door to the balcony if there’s so hidden spaces, but if u stuff a bag or something in those spaces it should be okay. "

"Usually all hotels/resorts will provide towels inside their bathrooms. The resort does not. Bring your own. Book villa so that you can enjoy breakfast in the forest."
