"Our room was an icebox, in all the best ways, especially when it’s 100 outside. Our room was perfect…plenty of space, a soaking tub, couch/sitting area. Staff is wonderful and hotel is walking distance to all the POIs without being in the center of the noise. Pool is beautiful and quiet for wading and relaxing in a daybed by a waterfall. Delicious buffet and alacart breakfast and taxis/tuk tuks on demand. Loved this place, highly recommended "
"Wonderful hotel. The room was very clean. Staff was attentive. Laundry services did not use, but it was available free of charge. Room was already air conditioned when we arrived! Highly recommend!"
"First before arriving I got two messages offering the use of their car to pick me up from the airport for $35. I hired a Grab car for $15 so I appreciate the offer but decline. Very easy to find Grab cars when you arrive at Tecno airport…just go to the far left. Huge sign, you can’t miss.
I get to the hotel and the entrance is very modest, on what looks like a small side street. I thought I was at the wrong place but I wasn’t. The entrance is fit for a 2 star hotel. But then you walk in. The lobby is beautiful, the service is amazing, everyone is so kind. And then a tour of the grounds and you see the beautiful pool, the spectacular restaurant, the amazing rooftop bar. Everything is so beautifully appointed. And then you discover this hidden back entrance in the middle of their lush garden and you come out straight on the palace! That’s what I was expecting!
The room itself is very well appointed, nice decor, very Khmer in a great way You could fit 6 people in the shower. Pressure was awesome. The bed was very comfy and loved the turn down service ( which they only did once in three nights, sadly).
Finally the breakfast is absolutely divine. Great setting, broken down in multiple islands, they’ll make you eggs, noodle soup, waffles, pancakes. Huge selection of Asian and western dishes, from croissant to sushi, lots of fresh fruit. It’s all beautifully presented and of high quality.
As for the location it’s excellent! across the street to the palace. Will return"
