"I had an amazing stay at the KOI Hotel in St. Kitts! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. A special thank you to Kenesha and Kimberly, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They provided fantastic recommendations for things to do around the island, helping me discover some of the best experiences St. Kitts has to offer. Their local knowledge and genuine enthusiasm made a huge difference and added so much value to my trip. I also want to recognize Raheem, who was an outstanding driver. He was always professional, punctual, and courteous, making transportation around the island seamless and stress-free. His helpful attitude and commitment to excellent service were truly appreciated. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really made the stay exceptional was the people. The warmth, hospitality, and dedication of the staff created an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend KOI Hotel to anyone visiting St. Kitts and look forward to returning in the future!"

"Loved my room and enjoyed my few days on the property. It was quiet due to it being low season. I did appreciate the respect having a restaurant on site that serves local Caribbean food. There is nothing worse than a property only having “continental” food and not proving an opportunity to enjoy local cuisine. The staff were all friendly and helpful anytime I had a question. They were great about booking transportation and excursions for me."

"Good location, lots of food options within walking distance, supermarket a few mins drive away, helpful staff, parking is a bit tight, sargassum has the beach in a bad state, the room and grounds was clean and for the price, its a good option."

"The staff, breakfast was amazing and the pool and cleaning staff phenomenal. Only issues is that the rooms have a shared balcony, yes your neighbor can literally walk to ur sliding door in the main rooms. I found that super weird but we stayed and just pretended and hoped we had lovely neighbors. Also the beach is full of seaweed so if you plan to hit the beach rent a car or schedule a tour to a local beach like reggegae beach."

"First and foremost was the amazing view, I had Mount Nevis on one side and the ocean straight ahead. I enjoyed my private balcony and the spacious studio. I had breakfast daily near the pool and the staff was very attentive. I will be back."
