"If I could rate this place 11/10 I would. Despite the fact the hotel and surrounding grounds are incredible, the staff and experiences are what make this place. We have never been somewhere with such exceptional service. Would highly recommend the trip out of Santiago to anyone visiting Chile"

She ALSO made a Dr appointment for one of our party at a great local clinic. AND she let me park my car there for a few days while we made our trip to ski in Chillan. "It’s a very special place! It’s very difficult to photograph but it’s charming, authentic and wonderful. We booked dinner in Santa Cruz (and they arranged transportation for us) but after having breakfast there, we should have eaten there! It was great. This place is a quaint, hidden gem!"
