Very large room for a European hotel room! Also, the breakfast was exceptional

I liked this hotel very much. However, my wife was bothered by the overuse of scent.

The check in was fast. There was a bit of a problem with a light in my bathroom in 405 when I arrived, the light did not work properly. When I reported, I got a new room, 406 - this was a suite, very nice room. I did appreciate the upgrade! We then got a welcome drink and also coffee and hot chocolate for free which I also appreciated. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Check out was fast, with the free parking the hotel is very convenient.

This is the fifth time I've stayed at the Bankov. It has always been the best!

This hotel is excellent. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves for 3 days. Everything was clean as well. Everything is basically within walking distance. There is always someone at the front desk which is also a plus. We had to leave early before breakfast on our last day, the hotel kindly packed us some fruits, water, and sandwiches for us to take to go. That was kind. 100% would...

The staff was very kind and friendly both at check in and check out. The city itself is wonderful and the hotel is very accesible to the city center (about a block away). I would definitely stay here again in Košice.

The location was super convenient to both the bus station and the old city. Also, the breakfast buffet is definitely worth it. Finally, we had an issue with the air conditioner and the staff ultimately moved us to another room, which we appreciated.

Cute hotel, nice jacuzzi bathtub, comfortable bed, but fyi it is a self-check in hotel so there is no staff and the door to enter after hours is a bit tricky to find, however staff was nice to help us with sending detailed instructions on how to check in so there were no issues

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and particularly helpful. The hotel has a boutique feel. The room’s furnishings and appointments were nicely done great condition.
