"Front desk staff does not speak much English, standing there, waiting and they busy talking mandarin to each other for a long time. Information is limited due to language at check-in and check-out. I had to find my own taxi when checking out busy attending to local people buying breakfast coupons. This is English speaking country and front desk is face of the hotel."
