"This hotel surpassed our expectations. First up, it costs half of some of the other competitors in the area but is absolute excellence. The building and rooms feel spotless and clean. But more importantly the staff was beyond exceptional. We only checked in for 4 hours due to a very early morning departure flight, the receptionist had arranged their free airport shuttle to be there on time and even had prepared breakfast containers for on the go, as he knew we didn’t have time to wait for the breakfast area to open at 5am. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was some 5 star service in a place we least expected it. "
"Pros: Convenient and close to airport, decent price, super helpful staff, and nice buffet breakfast. Cons: bedrooms are in serious need of maintenance, most especially in the bathrooms where the mirrors are all eroded. It seems like this may have been a lovely 5-star hotel many years ago, but has been forgotten about since then. We would stay here again if we came to Palu City. "
"From the black mould around my sink in my room, to a restaurant patio covered with 7 or 8 dirty tables and no other patrons around for over an hour, to them lying in their Expedia listing saying they offer an area shuttle and a FREE airport shuttle - this place was horrible to stay at and I never will again. I was warned not to go here and instead to Swiss Bell or something, and I should have listened.
For the shuttle, I’d understand if it was just out of service that day or something - but multiple staff said they have not had a shuttle for over a year. A YEAR! To have that in your listing as a selling feature to help me make my decision to stay there, is clearly not just a mistake or an oversight, it is intentional deceit and fraudulent. They charged us 50k for the FREE airport shuttle.
Go anywhere else - and beg the staff to go with you. They were nice, but unfortunately could not do anything and didn’t have the supplies or tools to fix things, so they did the best they can with smiles. Unfortunately it just wasn’t enough. "
"The room was nice and modern. You can use Netflix on their TVs. The hotel was kind enough to let me check in a little bit earlier so I wouldn't have to wait hours for the regular check in time. They have coffee and gelato and other choices in their dining area. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff is very kind."
