"Excellent location, helpful, polite and friendly reception staff, particularly Zhanna. She upgraded us to a much more spacious business room the next day after we arrived. On the other hand, their pool was closed for technical reasons. Also, we didnt like it that rooms were cleaned late in the afternoon after we came back to rest from days activities."

"My first stay in Minsk, the hotel has a great location, 5 minutes from central bus and railway station. It’s also across the big mall with nice food court. Hôtel staff was very friendly and helpful got me a portable heater since the room was cold as central heating was off in spring season. Overall was nice. Rooms aren’t as well soundproofed.. so you can hear people in the hallway.."

"Excellent place to stay. Its in the Heart of Minsk and walking distance from most of the attractions. Restaurants , malls , cafes all walking by distance even its in the same building as the British embassy"

"Our stay at The Basilian was truly astonishing and exactly what we needed. After a lackluster experience with Hilton in New York, this property completely brought us back to the brand. The hotel itself is stunning, but the staff are the real standouts—they were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. My only minor critique is the breakfast; we found it wasn't competitive in price or value for money compared to the rest of the experience, so we only used it for one morning. Aside from that, it was a near-perfect stay!"

"The location of the house was excellent, truly outstanding. The house was clean; however, we did notice some small insects in the kitchen. It might be helpful if certain items (such as dishwasher tablets) were placed in more visible spots. The size and overall comfort of the house were also very good. Apart from the few points I mentioned, it is a place where you can feel peaceful and warm, just like at home. It is also very close to public transportation."

"Very nice apartment, in city centre , walking distance to big shops, very warm and welcoming. I used to buy hotel room just to sleep in for triple or quadruple the price, this apartment comes with affordable price. I recommend and from now on when I am Minsk I would rent it again!"
