"There are no words to describe this amazing place and the great staff. The breakfast is a WoW! And will come back God permit. Thank you Bora and Jose you made our sray much more pleasant "
"Absolutely wonderful - even though we were there in April, when the weather was a bit chilly. Staff were fantastic across the board. Room was lovely and breakfast was delicious with a vast array of food. Will definitely come again. "
"The ONLY positive thing about this property was its phenomenal location and that is where the positives end and the negatives begin. For starters, the property did not pay their cable bill and as a result there was no TV in our room. No big deal because we can live without TV on vacation. In fairness, the manager responded quickly and tried to “fix” a “cable” problem, but we already knew what the problem was and it wasn’t a wire, it was non-payment!!! He said it would be fixed the next day and that never happened. The real issue though was that the property blew a fuse and there was NO electricity for 12 hours and the property manager was nowhere to be found. When he did respond, instead of owning up to it, the host said the entire village was without power, which was a bold-faced LIE as ALL of Oia was LIT UP! The reality is that it was only his 4 or 5 units and within 30 seconds of the maintenance crew showing up 12 hours later, the electricity was back on!!! That is not a village problem, that is a JUST BLUE problem. We can handle no TV. We can handle a fuse blowing, but we can't handle the unresponsiveness to our requests to fix it. The worst part though is that they LIED to hide the truth AND that is unacceptable. NOBODY should have to pay their hard earned money for an accommodation that has NO POWER for half a day!!!!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!!

"Our stay here was amazing. Everything was perfect, staff was amazing and helpful, the room was clean. We are very happy with our visit.
We had their help with transportation from and to the port, well worth it. There are so many steps in Oia and they help you with your suitcases, it’s really helpful.
Breakfast was great too! "
"Lovely hotel, wonderful views - bar and reception staff were excellent. Lots of nice touches and features.
If this were a four star hotel I'd be rating it excellent.
Gripes: Breakfast had a huge range, but few coherent meals - missing basics like strawberries, bananas (most days), granola. The pool bar staff were lovely, but the cocktails were essentially 11 euro waters. It took 48 hours after requesting it for our private pool to be cleaned - despite us watching them clean pools in empty rooms. Our "skyline view" room had no view of the sky until you went out onto the terrace - the rooms are oddly nested so that your pool and terrace is elevated - so the view from your bedroom is essentially a wall.
We went very early on in the season, but it felt like we were a dress rehearsal for the season. We did not take the half board option, and I'm very glad we didn't as the majority of options were buffet dining - which never feels special. We opted to walk 2kms most nights down the main road to restaurants - but appreciate few would want to be doing this, so you're either paying 15 euro taxis to get to restaurants/nightlife or you are accepting you are in one of three venues to dine your entire stay.
Overall: it was a perfectly pleasant place. If you just want to switch off and be taken care of then you'll have a fantastic time. It is a 'big' hotel and so it naturally lacks some of the personal touches. It was one of the cheaper 5 stars, but still felt 4 star. "
