"Room is relatively small"

"Signage could be more helpful along with a map of the trails. There was live music at the pool and it was awfully loud. Staff was exceptional. "

"Our second stay here, and the hotel welcomed us back with a complimentary bottle of wine. Our suite was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and walking the grounds. Wish we had more time to take some of the classes/activities. Will be back again."

"All I can say is fabulous!!! The room size, use of space, decor, and view were top-tier!!!! Treat yourself and your loved ones of visiting JeJu. The location was quite walkable and the laundromat being nearby, added to the awesomeness of the stay! When they say “DREAM TOWER” in the title of this Grand Hyatt, they are NOT exaggerating! There is a mall in the lower level and a casino (which) we didn’t use. I truly wish we could have stayed here for about three more days!!!! The price was far below what one would pay at a Grand Hyatt anywhere else in the world! Absolutely phenomenal!"

"Didnt have breakfast or dining service. Ordered a french fries for room service but it was just average fries. Staffs were very nice and courteous. All amenities were great, specially the ping pong table and play area. Swimming pool was heated and open late to use. Perfect for cooler weather. "

"Beautiful "

"A wonderful stay. We stayed on the resort side. The junior suite is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The basement fun zone is great, with video games, ping pong and a pool table. The swimming pools are lovely, don’t forget a swim cap though you can also rent them. The food is good though expensive. "

"Great location to visit all the sites of Jeju (everything can be gotten to within 45-60 minutes by car) staff are wonderful, freshly cooked delicious breakfast every morning. Museum genuinely surprised me at the exhibits inside, definitely worth the 30 minute free tour by the owner. Only downside is beds were a little hard for our liking but still slept well."
