"Location, location, location! I was right in the heart of Bariloche and able to walk everywhere. I even enjoyed beautiful sunsets from my balcony. The staff was very friendly and always assisted me with anything I needed. I loved the breakfasts and especially the charming tea room where they were served each morning. I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort and a perfect location in Bariloche."

"A great view of the lake but apart from that, the hotel disappointed. The food was basic and the coffee at breakfast was terrible and totally undrinkable. The staff were not particularly friendly and the hotel felt very corporate and with an atmosphere. We were given a twin room despite booking a double and were then moved to a smaller room when we asked to change for a room with one bed."

"Initial room we were put in was small, bathroom minuscule and noisy. Next day we asked to be moved and we were moved into better room. Ask for room at back. Parking great. Staff helpful and nice. "

"Great hotel, by the lake. We stayed in the panoramic room and it was gorgeous. Breakfast was good, spa area wasn't crowded end of March, we even had a couple of massages. Great place to disconnect and enjoy nature."

"Las imágenes del hotel fueron diferentes a como se ve realmente. La habitación tenía almohadas en muy mal estado, la primera habitación que nos asignaron tenía hasta manchas en el cobertor, pedimos cambio de habitación, no había conectores cerca de la cama por lo que fue muy incómodo, el baño de igual manera no hay donde colocar cosas, en general fue muy incómoda toda la habitación. No volvería ni lo recomendaría. Lo unico bueno es su ubicación. "
