"I like the staff commiment to assist the guest. I forgot my apple watch and other items, I called the hotel and the staff was able to assist me in mailing the forgotten items to me. The property was not bad. The things that I didn’t like were the lack of elevator in the building and the towels in the wash room. Over all I had a good time staying at Amber Hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Windsor was an interesting experience with some beautiful sites. Very close to Detroit and the casino/hotel staff provided great customer service. "

"Clean rooms fast check in"

"When I got the room it was comfortable But the first thing I noticed was the clean stuff did not clean the bathroom properly because there was a pair of ladies underwear left behind in the shower And the white curtain and by the window, it's still torn up looks unpresentable but I did let the staff know what happened. And they made a note of it, but other than that.I do love staying at your hotel"
