"The rooftop hot tub was amazing. Sat there with minus 3 outside but sunny. Had my hat on did not feel cold at all and actually was burnt. We also used the treadmill and weights in the gym . Very accommodating staff . Highly recommend this hotel"

"Disappointing stay at Sandman Hotel. Requested a lower floor multiple times due to my child’s difficulty with elevators—no response and was told it wasn’t possible. We were placed on the 12th floor and only moved to the 5th after insisting at check-in. Hotel advertises being family-friendly but showed little understanding for sensory needs. We even had to clean our own room after requesting housekeeping. Raised concerns at check-out, but nothing was done. Customer service needs serious improvement."
