"Easy to get to"

"No towels in room, staff told us they had no towels. So didnt have any towels. Picture frame is the hallway busted with glass all over and asked about cleaning it up the staff told me they didnt know how to take the picture down. No vending machines, half the ice makers didnt work. When we complained and asked for a manager was told they would be there Monday and just needed to call the hotel's phone. Terrible...."

"The staff was great, check in was a breeze. We stayed in the 1st floor as we had our dog with us. The room was clean no smell. We stayed one night. The price was great. There is parking for pulling a trailer. It is next to the regional airport, never heard the planes in the room Typical breakfast. We would stay there again."

"This is a hotel located at a casino. The room was large and comfortable. It was clean and they provided complimentary bottled water. The only glich was that the entrance to the hotel was blocked off by construction. This required entering through the casino and carrying luggage farther."

"The rooms were a good size and very clean. The food was good as well. If you’re looking for a hotel stay, this property worked well. However, if you’re expecting a big casino experience, this may not be the best fit."

"Best hot water ever"

"Beds were comfortable. The room was perfectly clean. Staff was nice enough. For a standard hotel it was fine. Then atmosphere was off though, didn't feel like a Margaritaville property, it felt a different hotel chain with Margaritaville's name slapped on it. The restaurants didn't particularly feel like the usual Margaritaville fare. The bar by the pool was very disappointing, I ordered a piña colada and it wasn't what I would expect form a Margaritaville, and it was $17 bucks and I'm almost curtain it has no alcohol in it."

"Great stay! Friendly staff. Only thing, we reserved a room with 2 queen size beds and we got 2 full size beds. A little uncomfortable sharing with family. But the stay was great!"

"AC didn’t work in the room. Had two maintenance staff try to fix with no success. Front desk didn’t seem to care too much about the issue. I realize sometimes issues arise but it was enough for me to not stay there again."
