"Location is good in terms of restaurants and shopping and hotel is clean. However check-in experience was lacking. I had requested early check in or an extra night since our flight came in early. They took so long to reply that when they did they were booked. Had to wait in the lobby for hours and they didn´t advise the room was ready until I went up to ask. Rooms do not have AC only an HVAC system that is not efficient. This is not advised anywhere on the listing. The room feels claustrophobic. Staff is friendly but not very knowledgable. Asked two questions during my stay and they had no clue. Location seemed nice but I am not sure about safety as there was a shooting 50 feet from the hotel door. Noisy in the evening and weekends as there is some kind of a club in or around the hotel. I was on the 8th floor and music is loud until about 1 am. On our last day we left the room at about 8:30 AM came back at about 3 PM and the room was not cleaned. Placed a do not disturb on the door but housekeeping came at about 4 pm knocking on the door. So our room was not cleaned on the last day. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room was spacious. There are two restaurants , breakfast is not included but is available for USD$20 per person per day. Buffet with lots of choices. "
