"Very good and professional service. Wonderful decor of the place. Everything was very clean except the night stand had a sticky drink stains, and the smell in the lobby is not welcoming. As the hotel is based by airport the suitcase wheels friendly access to the front door from the footpath would be nice improvement. "

"I already have the same post below on another platform. Asked for genuine photos of the room I will spend next three days in Wroclaw. They're unable to respond in 10 hours and ping pong continues... ++ After entering the room, the stink smashed onto my face. This shows how right I was when asking about photos. ++ Highly disrespectful staff (counted 3 of them so far) ++ As per my humble opinion, 90% of the personnel are far from able to contact in business English. ++ Never ever again; but wait. Maybe someday with my US passport, how about that? :) ++ Pretentiousness rate amongst the personnel: same as the inability of business English rate shared above. ++ Contradictory info amongst individuals: while one receptionist was saying "you need to wait a bit during checkout for the room to be checked first", I was freely let out during the actual checkout by Ms. Paulina. ++ A disrespectful young boy at the reception tried charging me parking fee of full 3 days and I had to call the cops. What a scam!"

"New place so it’s very nice Had room on first floor and couldn’t sleep As there was constant noise maybe from power unit located on sidewalk. Very annoying Great breakfast and lobby staff. "

"Great location, short walk from/ to airport bus stop, and on the edge of the centre. A bonus is the short 5 minute walk to the arches, the best area for food/ drink. Breakfast good, staff excellent, no complaints "

"Fantastic place to stay in a great city. We had a two bed family apartment. Lovely size and decor and breathtaking views. Would 100% stay again. Minor criticism is a lack of cooking utensils in the kitchen, plus no oven gloves or tea towels. With having an oven and hob it could do with better equipment for cooking. Had an issue with the WiFi but someone came immediately and fixed it which was appreciated. Overall amazing place and a good price. "

"Very clean, staff were great, nice shopping complex just 10 mins walk away, with everything you could possibly eat. Very nice room- almost everything you would need, just a couple of pointers first the HDMI port on the tv is hardly accessible, you have to have the smallest hand to squeeze in the back of the tv - maybe the hotel can fit an extension cable for ease of use? A lot of people use their own tv box/stick/usb player now, so this would make things a lot easier. Second thing (staying on the same theme) no socket near the tv, meaning you need an extension lead All in all, a nice place to stay "
