"The hotel/facility was as described, nothing special but fine, check-in was easy and simple, however I made a mistake when booking (e.g., selecting 1 adult per room rather than 2) which resulted in additional charges during check out.
However, the additional charges removed the booking fees from Hotels.com which resulted in a higher open amount. I reached out to Alpine Lodge which they promptly responded but then stopped communicating and did not fix the error after 3 weeks. This resulted in me having to file for a credit dispute with my cardholder rather than getting a refund thorough Alpine Lodge directly.
Please beware of any invoice from Alpine Lodge if booking through a third party, as they may also tried to have you pay the booking fees and not support you with a refund if you catch their behavior. "
"The whole package is outstanding. The location is prime, staff is attentive, polite and helpful. The facility is pristine and the food quality, selection and taste are superb. Great value."
"This hotel is not a four star hotel. It is aged but most importantly lacks any show of being well managed. Everything has to be asked for (no third bed in room on arrival despite booking triple occupancy then no towels). The staff did not even put a refuse bin the room or a liner in the lavatory bin. Daily confusion over a table for breakfast was frustrating. Beware the layout as some builinga a considerable way from each other. Brand is a fabulous village, the Walliserhoff is not a fabulous institution. "
"Had a wonderful stay at Sporthotel Silvretta Montafon.
Although the hotel in itself is a warm and welcoming place, the standout feature, for me, was the people that work there.
At all times the staff were friendly and very professional.

"Horrible staff and dirty rooms, used contact lenses and hair everywhere, a toilet smell all night from other units spreading the room. The staff was accusing us of unpaid invoice, even though she was there herself during checking in collecting all payments. Do not stay at this hotel!"
